2011 UT Dallas Soccer Day Camp Information

Hours:

Half Day: 8:30a.m. – 11:45a.m.
Full Day: 8:30a.m. – 5:00p.m.

Age:

Boys and girls ages 6 – 16 will be divided into separate age groups.

Price:

Half Day: $165.00 Full Day: $225.00
***Due before first day of camp.***

Late Registration available on first day of camp only (CASH PMT required).
You will receive a confirmation email from the UTD staff after your registration is processed.

Waiver & Medical
Release Forms

Camp Waiver & Medical Release Forms (LINK HERE) are required for participation in a UTD sports camp. You will be emailed copies of these forms. Completed forms must be turned in before or on the first day of camp. Forms can be mailed to: UTD Soccer Camp; Athletic Dept.; 800 W. Campbell, AB10; Richardson, TX 75080.

First Day
Check-In/
Late Registration:

Each child must be accompanied by an adult for check-in or late registraion on the first day of camp. Check-In/Late Registration will be held inside the Activity Center from 8:00a.m. – 8:30a.m. All registration, waiver/medical forms and payments must be received before the camper may participate in camp.

Drop-Off:

Drop-Off is available on the south entrance of the Activity Center from 8:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. Tuesday-Friday.

Pick-Up:

HALF-DAY campers pick-up is from 11:45a.m. – 12:00p.m. and is located at the south entrance of the Activity Center.

FULL-DAY campers pick-up will be from 5:00 p.m. – 5:15 p.m. and will be located at the south entrance of the Activity Center.

Lunch:

Full Day campers are to either bring their own lunch or purchase a lunch in the cafeteria. Sack lunches will be kept inside, but will not be refrigerated. The estimated price for lunch in the cafeteria is $7 and the campers will be responsible for keeping up with their money.

Special Needs:

It is the responsibility of the legal guardian and child to inform the camp staff of any special needs. Ex. Medications, activity restrictions, etc.

Teams:

Teams of 10 or more registered participants may have one camper participate free of charge.

What to Bring:

1. Sunscreen

2. Shin guards

3. Cleats

4. Lunch (Full Day campers)

5. Shoes (for lunch & indoor soccer)

6. Swimsuit & towel if swimming

UTD will provide plenty of water and soccer balls for the campers. .

UTD is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please do not bring cell phones, iPods, video games, etc
